We closed in less than 30 days, even with a fairly significant issue I had to work with my HOA on. Janicke helped in every way possible, even with this HOA situation that had nothing to do with the sale and she did not need to help with at all. She provided great ideas for prepping and remodeling my condo and put me in touch with exceptional contractors before we went on the market. She also orchestrated every detail from bathroom remodel, staging, to cleaning, etc. Janicke is an amazing balance of professional and personable.
