“When you’ve met the right realtor, you just know. That’s how I felt after having to part ways with not one but two realtors during my relocation house hunt, and met Janicke—third time was the charm. I was relocating from Texas and had visited San Diego two dozen years ago, meaning I knew little to nothing about the San Diego real estate market. I needed someone who was not only knowledgeable about the San Diego market (that had to be a given) but also not afraid to give me clear, direct advice without ulterior motives. I wasn’t looking for someone who would just open the lock boxes and expected me to do all the thinking and strategizing. The first two realtors assigned to me by the relocation company were just not delivering on those requirements. So after hearing two separate recommendations for Janicke from my colleagues, I had to give it a chance even though I really didn’t want to change realtors twice. But boy am I glad that I did! Janicke delivered on everything I was looking for and more. She was super responsive, gave me the direct, clear advice I needed without beating around the bush, and ensured that everything was coordinated smoothly between the seller, title company, inspectors, and lender. Even after the closing, she didn’t disappear into the thin air. She followed up regularly to make sure I was settling in okay, recommended trusted contractor, electrician, and plumber, and escalated my concerns to the home warranty company when they were ignoring my requests. House hunting and moving is stressful, especially when you’re moving to a town unknown. Having Janicke by our side made it as less stressful as possible. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a good realtor.”
